The platform applies AI, automation, and integration to drive real business results. **Role Overview** As a Professional Services Engineer II, you'll be a technical authority in the Tines platform, guiding customers through scoping, designing, building, and deploying workflow automation solutions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers establish automation roadmaps and achieve their automation goals. **Key Responsibilities** • Guide customers through scoping automation Stories and workflows • Design and develop automation solutions in customer tenants using APIs • Analyze customer tools, processes, and pain points to identify automation opportunities • Demonstrate concepts and wire-frame solutions live with customers • Partner with Project Managers and Engagement Managers on project success • Deliver documented, production-ready solutions and ensure long-term customer success • Contribute to Professional Services processes and procedures • Advocate for the team's capabilities with Sales **What You Bring** • 5+ years of Professional Services experience with SOAR platforms or similar automation solutions • Strong customer-facing and consultancy skills • Proficiency with API documentation, OAuth2, JWT, and API troubleshooting • Experience with security and IT tools integration • Understanding of LLMs, agents, and automation models • Ability to craft and refine prompts for reliable outputs • Passion for helping customers automate repetitive workflows **Position Details** 🌍 Remote (MST or PST required) 💰 Target Annual Earnings: $120K-145K (salary + commission) 📍 Reports to: Senior Manager, Professional Services Engineering (Boston, MA) **Requirements** Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available) *Tines is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.*
