You'll own problems end-to-end—from understanding how teams make decisions today to building polished product experiences customers rely on. **What You'll Work On** • Build AI agents for real-time workforce management that monitor volume, staffing, and performance • Design control and observability layers for autonomous operations • Evolve the core Workforce Operations product for real-time, automated workflows at scale • Combine live operational data, historical patterns, and customer policies into intelligent systems **You Might Be a Great Fit If You** • Have 2+ years building software products end-to-end • Are a strong generalist who moves across the stack • Turn ambiguity into working software • Care about real-world system behavior—reliability, edge cases, and live operations • Have strong product judgment and attention to detail **Nice to Have** • Experience building AI agents or AI-powered products • Experience with real-time or data-intensive systems *We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building an inclusive workplace.*
