**SAP BASIS Administrator / AWS Engineer** **Overview** The SAP BASIS Administrator / AWS Engineer provides foundational technical support for the S/4HANA landscape and its AWS cloud infrastructure. You’ll focus on routine monitoring, basic administration, and incident response to keep the environment stable—working within a technical squad to support system health, standard transports, and assist with system copies and patching. **Key responsibilities** - Facilitate workshops to define requirements for sales contracts, order processing, and complex federal pricing models (e.g., GSA schedules) - Perform hands-on configuration of Sales and Distribution (SD), including Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, and Copy Control - Configure pricing/condition logic (Condition Technique: Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, Access Sequences) for tax, discount, and surcharge requirements - Configure Logistics Execution (LE) for outbound delivery processing (picking, packing, shipping) and integration with Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) - Ensure billing interfaces correctly with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) for IFRS 15 / ASC 606 compliance - Coordinate with the B2R team so revenue-generating activities and AR update Funds Management (FM) for realized revenue tracking - Partner with developers on output forms (Invoices, Packing Slips), EDI interfaces for automated ordering, and custom enhancements for federal reporting (e.g., DATA Act) - Lead migration of customer master data (Business Partner concept), open sales orders, and historical billing documents - Write and execute test plans for the Order-to-Cash cycle (credit checks, intercompany billing, month-end AR reconciliation) - Deploy SAP Fiori apps (e.g., *Sales Order Fulfillment Monitor*, *Track Sales Orders*) to provide real-time bottleneck visibility **What you need** - 1+ year of experience in SAP BASIS administration or General IT Systems Administration (Linux/Windows) - Understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS) and exposure to the AWS Management Console - Familiarity with SAP architecture (NetWeaver) - Basic Linux command-line knowledge **Nice to have** - HANA database management and S/4HANA operations - Understanding of data privacy and *Least Privilege* access in a federal environment - Bachelor’s degree in a related field **Eligibility requirements** - US Citizen (no dual citizenship) - Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance - Willingness to travel up to 25% **Pay range (where applicable)** - **$70,500 – $136,700 USD** *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.*
