About this role
**Endpoint Privilege Management Operations** At Accenture Federal Services, you’ll help the U.S. federal government make the nation stronger and safer—driving positive, lasting change for missions across defense, national security, public safety, and civilian/military health. ## Role Overview Support day-to-day operations and enhancements for AFS’s Endpoint Privilege Management system. The solution is primarily based on a commercial Endpoint Privilege Management product plus self-service workstation software deployments. You’ll maintain and improve the system, including: - Routine system checks - User support - Making rule/policy changes - Updating client software - Building, deploying, and maintaining self-service software deployments - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the solution ## What You Need - Minimum of **3 years** of IT experience, including significant experience with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions - Experience building and deploying applications with **ConfigMgr** and **Jamf** - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills - Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to quickly learn new technologies ## Bonus (If You Have) Experience as a user and administrator of: - **BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management** (or other enterprise privilege management products) - **ServiceNow, Active Directory, Windows & Mac workstations, ConfigMgr, Jamf Pro, Intune, Jira** ## Pay Range (where applicable) **$64,000 — $124,200 USD** *Accenture Federal Services provides benefits and accepts applications on an ongoing basis (no fixed deadline).*
