**Power Platforms Development Lead** **About the Role** Design, test, and develop well-designed web-based software using best practices to meet user needs. Recommend software upgrades, translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web applications, ensure ongoing software maintenance and testing, and document the application/service/environment for future reference. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide project and product oversight while managing application development schedules based on client priorities - Define and recommend application architecture improvements - Design, test, and develop testable, efficient web-based software code - Apply best software development practices to meet user needs - Recommend software upgrades for current and future systems - Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional web applications - Ensure software continues to function normally through maintenance and testing - Document every aspect of the application, service, or environment for future maintenance and upgrades - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features - Write clean, well-documented, scalable code - Debug and resolve technical issues to maintain performance and security of web applications - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends **What You Need** - Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience - Proven experience in web application development - Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint - Bachelor’s Degree - Requires active Top Secret clearance **Would Be Nice To Have** - Experience with version control systems such as Git - Knowledge of database management and integration - Understanding of web security best practices - Ability to document processes and code for future maintenance and upgrades - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment **Compensation (Base Pay Range)** - **$122,300 – $203,200 USD** (for applicable locations) *Note: This posting includes additional company statements and benefits information not summarized here.*
