You’ll establish and implement standards for computer operations to ensure compatibility between hardware and software. **Key Responsibilities** - Troubleshoot and/or resolve software, operating system, and networking problems - Schedule, perform, and/or monitor system backups and, when necessary, perform data recoveries - Provide day-to-day technical support for program applications **Here’s What You Need** - Minimum 2 years SAP Basis experience - Relevant SAP certifications **Eligibility Requirements** - US Citizen (no dual citizenship) - Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance - Willingness to travel up to 50%
