**Delivery Executive** **Who you are** The Delivery Executive will oversee the Client’s contract, supporting a complex, high-volume, multi-site operation. The role enables the client to fulfill its mission through highly secured, standardized, and adaptable IT infrastructure, outstanding customer support, and cutting-edge technologies—transitioning from a task-oriented service model to an outcome-driven partnership. **The work** - Lead and manage the client’s multi-site operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. - Develop strategies to deliver superior customer experiences with minimal effort required from the client. - Implement standardized processes and automation to achieve faster, more consistent IT service delivery. - Enhance the organization’s cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Drive data-driven operations and continuous improvement through process optimization and workflow automation. - Incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, chatbots, virtual agents) where feasible and approved by the Government. - Maintain strong communication and partnership with the client to ensure alignment with strategic goals. **What you need** - Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site IT operations. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery models. - Experience implementing standardized processes and automation in IT services. - Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance requirements. - Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies. - Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI and workflow automation tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Clearance Requirement** - Active Secret clearance **Pay (range)** - **$135,200 – $278,500 USD** (for the listed locations)
