About this role
**The Work** As a **ServiceNow Architect**, you will design, develop, and implement robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions. You’ll translate business requirements into technical blueprints, oversee integrations with other systems, and ensure the platform’s integrity, security, and optimal performance. You should have deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including **ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM**, along with strong **JavaScript** skills for both **client-side and server-side** development. **What You Need** - **5+ years** of ServiceNow experience with one or more of: - ServiceNow Platform depth (**ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM**) - **JavaScript** scripting/development (client-side and server-side) - Integrations using **REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC,** and web services - **Database & architecture** knowledge (RDBMS design, CMDBs, network, application architecture) - **Cloud technologies**, **DevOps**, and **CI/CD** - Industry experience as a ServiceNow developer/architect with strong facilitation skills, including client-facing advisory work such as: - system implementations - business process definition - gap analysis - maturity assessments and recommendations (public/private sectors) **Bonus Points** - Advanced degree - **10+ years** of industry experience - ServiceNow **Technical Architect** certification (preferred) - **Certified Master Architect (CMA)** - Ability to enter a client environment, assess requirements/current state, and provide recommendations - Experience managing expectations of high-profile clients and building trust - Strong communication, presentation, project management, and mentoring skills **Clearance** - **US Citizenship required** - Must have an active **TS/SCI** federal security clearance **Pay Range (where applicable)** - **$108,400 – $198,300 USD** *Note: Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.*
