You bring deep knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Cyber Defense to protect organizational assets and ensure data integrity. --- **What you do** - Lead program management support for the security workstream, including staffing specialized cyber resources and budgeting for security software. - Execute cybersecurity frameworks to ensure compliance with **NIST**, **FISMA**, or **SOC 1/SOC 2** within an **ERP** environment. - Oversee **FedRAMP** and **ATO (Authority to Operate)** processes. - Facilitate the audit lifecycle as the central point of contact for audit inquiries and evidence collection. - Monitor and report on security posture using executive-level dashboards for risk exposure and audit readiness. - Provide strategic input on cybersecurity tools, **IAM**, encryption standards, and secure integration with external interfaces. - Translate technical vulnerabilities into business-risk impact statements for leadership. - Align cybersecurity goals with business objectives to support user productivity and system performance. - Mentor and develop security analysts, including strengthening understanding of cybersecurity challenges and GRC automation. --- **What you need** - Compliance Risk Management - Cybersecurity / Cybersecurity Risk Management - Strong communication skills - Extensive experience in cybersecurity and audit - In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as **NIST**, **FISMA**, or **SOC 1/SOC 2** - Familiarity with **FedRAMP** and **ATO** processes - Strong interpersonal skills working with CISOs, Internal Auditors, and technical architects - Proficiency in risk management and mitigation --- **Qualifications** - **US Citizen** - **Active Secret** security clearance - Must be local to **Washington, D.C.** --- **Compensation (base pay range)** $91,300 — $184,900 USD (varies by location and experience) *Note: This posting includes additional employment and benefits statements; details may vary by jurisdiction.*
