Lead solutioning discussions with clients and drive successful Power Platform implementations. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop PowerBI reports, dashboards, and semantic models • Create and manage Power Automate workflows • Lead design and development of PowerApps solutions • Architect and optimize Dataverse environments • Develop custom C# Dataverse plug-ins and PCF controls • Implement CI/CD pipelines (PowerApps or Azure DevOps) • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers • Facilitate client solutioning discussions with executive presence **Required Skills & Experience:** • Hands-on PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI experience • Dataverse setup and optimization expertise • Process automation and data integration knowledge • PAC CLI and Power Platform Admin Center familiarity • Azure DevOps experience with Power Platform • Certifications: PL-900, PL-400, PL-600 **Requirements:** • U.S. Citizenship required • Work authorization without visa sponsorship needed **Compensation:** Base pay range for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland: **$100,200 – $203,400 USD** Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience.
