You'll implement backup procedures, conduct disaster recovery planning, and maintain critical data protection across enterprise systems. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage daily backup systems and monitor job completions • Troubleshoot backup failures and resolve issues • Conduct regular backup verifications and test restores • Manage tape rotations and off-site backup media storage • Assist with capacity planning and data retention policies • Collaborate with system and database administrators • Participate in disaster recovery exercises • Stay current with backup technologies and best practices **Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or 4+ years equivalent experience) • 4+ years implementing and managing backup/recovery in enterprise IT • DoD 8140 compliance • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required **Compensation** $78,600 – $160,200 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **Benefits & Culture** Comprehensive benefits package, professional development, certifications, and industry training.
