**Data Catalog and Governance Associate Manager** **About the Role** Lead a team of data governance analysts at Accenture Federal Services, bridging strategic vision with day-to-day execution. You'll manage the analytical engine of the governance program, using the enterprise data catalog as the central hub. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data governance analysts • Oversee operational health of enterprise data catalog (e.g., Collibra) • Design and implement data quality monitoring processes • Develop dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI) for governance metrics • Partner with data stewards on business terms, asset certification, and data lineage • Act as subject matter expert on data catalog adoption • Translate governance objectives into analytical projects • Report on data quality and governance initiatives to stakeholders **Required Experience** • 5+ years in data analysis, data governance, advisory, or data management • 1+ years in formal or informal leadership capacity • Experience creating reports/dashboards with Tableau or Power BI • Strong understanding of data governance principles **Nice to Have** • SQL proficiency for data analysis and validation • Experience with enterprise data catalog tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon) • Data catalog tool management/administration experience • Direct experience with business data stewards • Data modeling knowledge • Strong project management and communication skills **Security Clearance** • Active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance required **Compensation** $108,400 – $203,400 USD (for select high-cost locations) **About Accenture Federal Services** A Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work dedicated to serving the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations.
