This role blends system analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to translate business needs into system capabilities. **What You'll Do** • Support configuration and maintenance of SAP modules and other enterprise platforms • Assist in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements from business partners • Perform data validation, system testing, and troubleshooting • Develop process flows, documentation, and training materials • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to support platform enhancements • Learn and apply foundational skills in SAP, digital platforms, and packaged application development **Basic Qualifications** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or adjacent field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering) with graduation by August 31, 2027 • Strong academic track record (3.2+ cumulative GPA) from a 4-year accredited institution • U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements) • Ability to travel 25-50% preferred (varies by team and location)
