Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work with 13,000+ employees united in pursuing technology and innovation for defense, national security, public safety, and military health organizations. **Key Responsibilities** • Conduct data discovery and exploratory data analysis across structured and unstructured data • Perform data cleansing, normalization, aggregation, and modeling • Design and build analytic applications in Palantir Foundry, including dashboards and interactive workflows • Apply advanced analytics and statistical methods (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing, A/B testing) • Develop and embed AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, NLP, RAG/GraphRAG) into analytic workflows • Create visualizations and metrics to support executive and operational decision-making • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to rapidly iterate on solutions • Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders **Required Qualifications** • US Citizen (no dual citizenship) • Active DoD Secret clearance required • Strong data science and analytics experience (EDA, data wrangling, modeling, statistical analysis) • Proficiency in Python and analytics libraries (pandas, polars, PySpark) • Experience with AI/ML and statistical modeling tools (scikit-learn, statsmodels, Prophet, spaCy, NLTK) • Production-grade analytics solutions experience (apps, dashboards, notebooks) • Data visualization expertise (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) • Comfort with dynamic Agile/Scrum environments • Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences • Background in statistics, mathematics, operations research, or applied sciences **Preferred Experience** • Palantir Foundry expertise (pipelines, transforms, Workshop, Ontologies, AIP) • AI-enabled applications with LLMs, NLP, RAG, or GraphRAG • Rapid analytic demos with Streamlit • Model deployment and ML/AI serving architectures • TypeScript exposure • Data platform operations, monitoring, or optimization • ETL pipeline development and maintenance **Compensation** $100,200 – $203,100 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland)
