## ICAM Product Engineering Lead Senior Manager **About the Role** Lead product engineering for a federal ICAM program, overseeing teams delivering SSO, directory, IGA, and PAM services. Architect and manage delivery of holistic solutions for complex enterprise environments with on-premises and cloud applications. **Key Responsibilities** • Work across ICAM workstreams to architect and deliver enterprise solutions • Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations • Directly manage strategic initiatives for the program • Serve as trusted advisor and ensure quality of deliverables • Educate and advocate industry standard best practices • Stay current with ICAM technologies and make recommendations **Required Experience** • 8+ years designing and implementing identity solutions (Access Management, Directory Services, IGA, or PAM) • 3+ years managing a team • Comprehensive knowledge of ICAM functions, Zero Trust architecture, IGA, and personnel management • Thorough knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), LDAP, and PAM • General knowledge of organizational change management, SSO, and security compliance **Bonus Qualifications** • Advanced cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM) • Department of Defense experience • US government security clearance **Requirements** • Ability to obtain US government security clearance • Work authorization (no visa sponsorship required) **Compensation** $135,200 – $278,500 USD (for select high-cost locations) **About Accenture Federal Services** Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
