Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work. **The Role** Lead technical activities for migrating complex data into Oracle Cloud ERP. You'll own the design of conversion programs, guide junior developers, and serve as the subject matter expert for all technical aspects of the data conversion lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** • Design data conversion strategies and source-to-target mapping documents • Develop, test, and optimize complex SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and ETL processes • Own and manage data load cycles (Mocks, Dress Rehearsals, Cutover) • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks • Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes • Mentor junior developers and establish best practices • Partner with functional leads and business analysts **Required Qualifications** • 3-5 years hands-on experience in data conversion/migration for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, or HCM) • Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL proficiency • Proven experience leading technical data conversion activities • In-depth experience with Oracle Cloud data loading tools (FBDI and HDL) • Strong understanding of ETL principles and data migration lifecycle • U.S. Citizenship required **Bonus Skills** • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or enterprise ETL tools (Informatica) • Federal, regulated, or public sector experience • SQL performance tuning expertise • Client-facing or consulting experience **Compensation** $86,400 – $176,200 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland)
