**AI/ML Full Stack Engineer** **About the Role:** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to solve complex, high-impact problems for government and federal customers. You'll design and build end-to-end AI-powered solutions, from backend agent orchestration to production-ready frontends. **The Work:** • Design and build end-to-end AI-powered solutions • Develop GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, autonomous agents, and RAG • Rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts and MVPs • Build cloud-native, AI-native applications • Create responsive, accessible web interfaces and dashboards **What We're Looking For:** *AI & GenAI:* • Deep expertise with LLMs, agentic frameworks, vector databases, semantic search, and RAG pipelines • Solid understanding of GenAI concepts (tool invocation, guardrails, memory, multi-agent orchestration) • Strong hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or equivalent) *Full-Stack Engineering:* • Strong frontend skills: React, Next.js, or Angular; TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency • Ability to build clean, intuitive UIs for complex AI outputs • Solid backend experience: Python for AI/data workloads; Node.js, Java, or Go for services • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases *Cloud & Infrastructure:* • Advanced experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-native architectures **Requirements:** • 3+ years professional software development experience • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, etc.) • Experience with AI coding agents as core development workflow • Demonstrated frontend application building experience • **TS/SCI level government clearance with willingness to sit for polygraph** **Bonus:** • Experience with rapid prototyping (concept to production in days) **Compensation:** $100,200 – $203,400 USD (for select states and DC) **Equal Opportunity Employer** | Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
