**Databricks Solution/Strategy Architect Manager** **About the Role** Lead the design and implementation of modern, scalable data solutions using Databricks. You'll architect data platforms, oversee migrations, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems while aligning with organizational data strategies. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead architecture and implementation of scalable data solutions using Databricks, Delta Lake, SQL, and cloud-native storage • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architectures • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and data models • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams • Establish best practices for data security, governance, compliance, and metadata management • Oversee Databricks Workspaces, Unity Catalog, CI/CD automation, and deployment frameworks • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive platform optimization • Lead test strategy, quality assurance, and production deployment processes • Support knowledge transfer and training activities • Stay current with Databricks advancements and industry trends **Required Qualifications** • Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) • Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning • Technical team leadership and project management experience • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of industry experience • US Citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance **Bonus Qualifications** • Advanced degree or 15+ years of industry experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent people management abilities • Knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies **Compensation** $148,800 – $306,500 USD (varies by location) **About Accenture Federal Services** A technology company within global Accenture, serving the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, and civilian organizations.
