Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training, and more. **The Work** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a **Full Stack Software Engineer SME** with deep expertise in modern application engineering, distributed systems, and secure software delivery. You’ll serve as the primary technical authority for **frontend and backend development**, **enterprise architecture**, **modernization initiatives**, and **DevSecOps** practices across complex and regulated environments. You will lead full-stack development using contemporary frameworks and messaging technologies, oversee application modernization toward **cloud-native and containerized platforms**, and ensure **secure, scalable, high-performing** solutions aligned with **zero-trust** principles and **enterprise interoperability** needs. **Here’s what you’ll need** - **10+ years** designing and developing enterprise-scale software solutions - **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Strong hands-on **frontend/UI development** using **JavaScript frameworks (React)** - Advanced **Node.js** skills for backend and middleware services - Professional experience developing with **Python** for APIs, automation, or data-driven workloads - Experience building and integrating **GraphQL APIs** (or similar: REST, gRPC, tRPC) - Working knowledge of **search engines** such as **Elasticsearch** or **OpenSearch** - Experience with **message brokers**, especially **RabbitMQ** (or Apache Kafka) - Proficiency with **Kubernetes** for container orchestration and deployment - Familiarity with **Generative AI concepts**, tooling, or model integration **Bonus points you might have** - **Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field - Exposure to **OpenCTI** (Docker, MITRE ATT&CK, or CTI workflows beneficial) - Experience with **AssemblyLine**, malware analysis frameworks, or similar security automation pipelines - Experience supporting **federal, defense, intelligence, or highly regulated environments** - Expertise in **cloud-native architectures**, **microservices**, containers, and modern application platforms - Experience addressing **cross-domain/cross-enclave interoperability** challenges - Knowledge of **zero-trust architecture** and secure enterprise application development - Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, software architecture, Agile, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps **Eligibility Requirements** - **US Citizenship** - **Active Top Secret** security clearance **Compensation (Pay Range)** Base pay range for the listed locations: **$106,300 – $221,100 USD** **Tags** #clearancejobs #LI-PublicSafety #LI-modernengineering
