Build and manage a centralized Models as a Service (MaaS) platform that provides access to pre-trained and custom-built AI/ML models, simplifying integration and accelerating AI-powered capabilities across the enterprise. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of ML modeling developers and MLOps engineers • Define and execute technical strategy for the MaaS platform (training, versioning, deployment, monitoring) • Oversee design, development, and deployment of diverse ML model portfolio • Establish robust MLOps practices with automated, reliable, scalable CI/CD pipelines • Architect service layer for MaaS platform with secure, scalable APIs • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders on use cases and requirements • Implement governance, security, and ethical AI standards across model lifecycle • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication **Required Qualifications** • 8+ years in data science/ML engineering; 3+ years in technical leadership/management • Deep expertise with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Proven experience building production ML systems in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Strong MLOps knowledge with hands-on experience (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML) • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools • Python programming and software engineering best practices • US Citizenship (No Dual Citizenship) **Preferred Qualifications** • Direct MaaS or MLaaS platform building experience • ML platforms experience (Databricks, AWS SageMaker AI) • Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform) • DoD or Intelligence Community high-security environment experience • Proven success leading teams on complex, data-driven projects **Security Clearance** • Active TS or TS/SCI Clearance required **Compensation** $126,300 – $243,100 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
