We serve the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. **The Work** • Implement and maintain different data stores, ensure database performance and reliability • Design and implement database schemas, backup/recovery procedures, and performance optimization • Implement database security controls, access management, and troubleshoot complex issues • Manage database upgrades, patches, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions • Evaluate new database technologies and provide expertise to development teams • Develop database standards, conduct capacity planning, and implement monitoring systems **Must Have** • **One of the following:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering - DISA (421) Training completion - Professional Certification: Cloud+, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP • 4+ years managing and optimizing databases in complex environments • Expertise in database design, performance tuning, backup/recovery, security, and data pipeline integration • DoD 8140 requirements compliance **Security Clearance Required** Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (depending on position) **Compensation** $78,600 – $160,200 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
