Join a collaborative, caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and training. **Job Description** Accenture Federal Services is looking for a **ServiceNow Technical Architect** to provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. **Responsibilities include:** - Operate with latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems - Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines - Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy - Advise on selection of technological purchases (processing, data storage, data access, and application development) - Set standards for client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, Oracle, Sybase, etc.) - Advise on feasibility of potential future projects to management **Here’s what you need:** - 6+ years of relevant experience in a Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations - Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (Waterfall or Agile) **Bonus points if you have:** - Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) - SAFe/Agile certification - Implementations in cloud environments **Security Clearance** - **Active TS/SCI is required**
