Join a collaborative, caring community where you’ll be empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and industry training. **Role Overview** The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect designs and implements secure, compliant identity solutions for government agencies. You’ll modernize legacy systems, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure ICAM architecture aligns with federal mandates such as **FICAM** and guidance from **NIST**. You’ll define the **cloud and on-prem security framework and architecture** to meet business requirements and performance goals. **What You’ll Do** - Document implementation of **cloud security controls** and transition to cloud security-managed operations - Develop enterprise-level architecture aligned to agency security requirements and modernization goals - Design identity management capabilities across the identity lifecycle (creation, maintenance, deactivation) - Integrate ICAM solutions into new and existing applications across **on-prem and cloud** environments - Support modernization/migration efforts, leveraging tools such as **Okta**, **SailPoint**, or **CyberArk** - Create technical standards, blueprints, and integration patterns for consistent, scalable ICAM implementation - Define security architecture using expertise in: - Identity management - Authentication, authorization - Credential management - Identity governance and administration (IGA) **What You Need** - **10+ years** of Cyber/IT experience with deep expertise in identity management, authentication, authorization, credential management, and IGA - Experience with **OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO** - Experience integrating ICAM solutions using **Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk** across cloud and on-prem environments - Experience designing enterprise ICAM architecture, cloud security controls, and technical standards supporting modernization and **Zero Trust** objectives **Nice to Have** - Certifications such as: - Okta Professional/Architect - SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow - CyberArk Defender/Guardian - Security+ - CISSP - CCSP **Eligibility Requirements** - **US Citizen** **Compensation (where applicable)** Base pay range: **$126,300 – $243,100 USD** (varies by location and experience). **Equal Opportunity** Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and is committed to creating a culture of respect, belonging, and equal opportunity.
