**Job Description: Data Science Practitioner** At Accenture Federal Services, nothing matters more than helping the US federal government make the nation stronger and safer and life better for people. **Responsibilities include:** - Manage, architect, and analyze big data to build data-driven insights and high-impact data visualizations - Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects (data collection & preparation → model development → deployment) - Design and implement robust data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility for analytics - Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex insights into actionable strategies aligned to business objectives - Create a value chain to address challenges in acquiring data, evaluating its value, and distilling/analyzing it - Examine data from multiple sources and share insights that provide competitive advantage - Act as a Subject Matter Expert and enhance Accenture’s marketplace reputation **Here’s what you need:** - Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) - Experience analyzing existing systems and databases to understand, validate, and document content - **100% onsite** **Bonus points if you have:** - Good understanding of structured and unstructured data, various file types, data ETL, data pipelines, and ability to document - Experience with Tableau - Experience providing IT support
