**Platform Engineer** **About the Role** Develop and maintain common platform tools and services enabling data management and analytics capabilities. Design and implement platform features including containerization, orchestration, and service meshes. Create self-service developer tools, establish monitoring/observability solutions, and implement security controls and compliance mechanisms. **Key Responsibilities** • Build and enhance core services for application developers and data scientists • Design platform capabilities (containerization, orchestration, service meshes) • Establish platform monitoring and observability solutions • Implement security controls and compliance mechanisms • Optimize platform performance and resource utilization • Automate platform operations through CI/CD pipelines • Evaluate and integrate new technologies • Develop documentation and training materials • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams **Requirements** • 6+ years experience developing and supporting platform services/software in enterprise settings • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required **Compensation** $135,200 – $278,500 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **About Accenture Federal Services** Technology company serving US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health.
