**SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Lead** **About the Role** Act as servant leader and chief Scrum Master for the Agile Release Train (ART). Facilitate program-level execution, remove impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement. Lead all major Program Increment (PI) events including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. **Key Responsibilities** • Facilitate PI/SAFe ceremonies and manage issue/risk resolution • Coordinate dependencies between Agile teams • Work with Product Management and System Architects on backlog prioritization • Provide transparent progress reporting (burndown/burn-up charts) • Guide ART in delivering continuous, predictable high-quality software value **Required Qualifications** • 10+ years of engineering experience • 3+ years leading large-scale programs • Expert knowledge in Agile/Scrum or program increment leadership • Proven track record facilitating PI/SAFe ceremonies • Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years equivalent experience) • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance **Compensation** $135,200 – $278,500 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **About Accenture Federal Services** Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
