## User Support Modernization and Automation Lead **Accenture Federal Services** ### About the Role Translate customer requirements into detailed system designs and develop system alternatives to recommend optimal solutions. Create and maintain system models, diagrams, and technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle. Perform trade studies, develop verification and validation procedures, and participate in technical reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, identify and mitigate technical risks, and support resolution of technical issues. Implement requirements traceability, conduct system performance analysis, and develop technical specifications. ### Requirements **One of the following:** - Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, IT, or Software Engineering - Completion of: 4-11-C22 (CP), 4-11-C23, or Systems Requirements Planner (Advanced) Playlist - Professional Certification: SecurityX/CASP+, GCSA, or GSLC **Additional Requirements:** - 8+ years systems engineering experience for complex technical platforms - Ability to translate requirements into detailed system designs - Skilled in risk mitigation and performance optimization - Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required ### Compensation **$106,300 – $221,100 USD** (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.*
