**CNO Software Developer** **About the Role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a CNO Software Developer to support our client in Ft. Meade, MD. You'll design, develop, test, and maintain advanced cyberspace capabilities, supporting the full software development lifecycle for secure, mission-critical applications used in cyber operations. **What You'll Do** **Software Planning & Management** • Define project scope, mission objectives, timelines, and deliverables • Gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder requirements • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and technical constraints • Estimate development effort and resource needs **Design & Architecture** • Produce detailed design documents, prototypes, and architectural diagrams • Design diverse software architectures (microservices, monolithic, event-driven) • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical software models • Ensure designs meet operational, performance, and security requirements **Development & Implementation** • Write, test, debug, and refine code in multiple programming languages • Package proof-of-concept code into multi-stage executables • Implement secure coding standards throughout development • Produce comprehensive technical documentation **Quality & Security** • Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance • Develop and execute unit, integration, system, and acceptance tests • Implement configuration management processes • Validate software performance in operationally representative environments **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years of software development experience with secure, mission-critical applications • Proficiency in: Python, C, C++, .NET, Java, or Bash scripting • Experience with Linux, Windows, Android, iOS, or real-time operating systems • Experience with cryptography, hashing, network protocols, or Wi-Fi protocols • **Active TS/SCI with polygraph level security clearance** **Bonus Qualifications** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical field • DoD or Intelligence Community experience • Knowledge of cyber operations concepts and workflows • DevSecOps pipelines and secure build practices • Networking and distributed systems expertise • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills **Compensation** $116,900 – $243,100 USD (varies by location and experience) **Location:** Ft. Meade, MD
