**AI/ML Engineer** **About the Role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist/AI Specialist to join our innovative team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You'll develop data-driven solutions and machine learning models for federal government clients. **What You'll Do** • Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Python and R • Conduct statistical analyses including regression, hypothesis testing, and distribution analysis • Design and train machine learning models using TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn • Perform data wrangling to clean and organize raw datasets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights **Required Qualifications** • Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with C++, Python, or Go Lang • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or 4 years relevant experience) • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK) OR AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor) • Active TS/SCI with polygraph level security clearance **Bonus Skills** • Strong foundation in statistics and probability • Experience with SageMaker, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn • Expertise in data wrangling and visualization • Proficiency with NumPy, pandas, and visualization tools • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $120,000 – $220,000 USD (varies by location) Comprehensive benefits package available **Location:** Annapolis Junction, MD
