We support the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. **Role Overview** As the Data Governance Manager for Data Products, you'll be a hands-on leader ensuring all data assets on a data platform are trusted, discoverable, and governed. You'll implement policies and automated processes that embed governance directly into data products, making them reliable and mission-ready. **Key Responsibilities** • Drive implementation of data governance and management policies across all data products • Oversee enterprise data catalog management (Collibra, Atlas, etc.) with complete metadata and lineage • Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules and SLAs • Collaborate with data pipeline teams to embed governance from the start • Serve as key contact for data stewards and consumers • Mentor junior analysts on governance principles and best practices • Develop and maintain documentation for data standards and specifications **Must Have** • 5+ years in data governance, data management, or data quality assurance • Hands-on experience with enterprise data cataloging platforms (Collibra, Alation, Atlas, Purview) • Deep understanding of data governance frameworks and metadata management • Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and validation • Experience leading teams or mentoring junior staff • US Citizenship (No Dual Citizenship) **Nice to Have** • Experience in high-security DoD environments (SIPR, JWICS) • Familiarity with data quality tools like Great Expectations • Python proficiency for automation • Experience with Databricks or Snowflake platforms • CDMP or similar certification **Security Clearance** • Active TS or TS/SCI clearance required **Compensation** $108,400 – $203,400 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
