With 13,000+ people united in shared purpose, we're recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work. **The Role** Lead detailed application design, development, unit testing, and break/fix remediation while managing and mentoring your team. **Key Responsibilities** • Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise application designs • Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client teams on analysis and recommendations • Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts • Manage team members with mentoring and training focus **Required Qualifications** • 7+ years SAP ECC and S/4 development experience • Proven leadership managing multiple teams in fast-paced environments • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning • Expertise in SAP project management and implementation • Strong project planning, resource allocation, and risk management skills • Team mentoring and development experience • U.S. Citizenship required **Preferred Qualifications** • Knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience with SAP and Icertis aligned to vendor best practices • Track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation • Familiarity with SAP tools and current industry trends **Compensation** $148,800 – $306,500 USD (for select states and DC) *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and reasonable accommodations.*
