**Cleared Java Developer** | Colorado Springs, CO **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services to support modernization and maintenance of federal systems while developing cloud-enabled applications. Work with modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate, while supporting legacy solutions built on Struts 2 and J2EE. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications on AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms • Build and modernize Java applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate • Support and maintain legacy applications (Struts 2, J2EE) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development • Implement cloud architecture and application security best practices • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud and on-premises environments • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning **Required Qualifications** • **Active Secret clearance required** • 8+ years developing Java applications (Struts 2 and J2EE experience beneficial) • Strong Spring Boot experience • Proficiency with Hibernate or equivalent ORM frameworks • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) • Unit testing frameworks (JUnit) • Identity and access management experience (SAML) • Ability to work independently on complex issues • US Citizenship required **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with large-scale Federal IT programs • SAFe Agile framework familiarity • Login.gov integration exposure **Location & Compensation** Preferred: Colorado Springs, CO (Remote candidates may be considered) Pay Range: $91,300 – $184,900 USD *Accenture Federal Services is a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work offering competitive benefits and professional development opportunities.*
