With 13,000+ people united in shared purpose, we're recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work. **Role Overview** Lead complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for enterprise SAP applications. **Key Responsibilities** • Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise application designs • Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client teams on analysis and recommendations • Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts • Manage budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning • Mentor and develop junior team members **Required Qualifications** • 7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experience • Extensive SAP project management experience • Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management • Team mentoring and development experience • US Citizen only (no dual citizenship or OCI holders) • Q Clearance and/or Top Secret clearance required • Ability to travel up to 75% **Nice to Have** • SAP certification in relevant modules • Experience with S/4HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) **Compensation** $116,900 – $243,100 USD (for select states and DC) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
