About this role
**ServiceNow Nuvolo Integration Engineer** **The Work** Support end-to-end configuration, CMDB governance, and environment management across Nuvolo's Connected Workplace Platform and the ServiceNow ecosystem. Maintain configuration plans, change processes, technical integrations, and documentation while collaborating with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams. Responsibilities include: • Nuvolo and ServiceNow application configuration • Change Request management • CI data maintenance across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, ServiceNow CMDB, and Nuvolo modules • Agile/DevOps workflow support • Release management and integration traceability • Subject matter expertise in technical reviews and customer-facing sessions **Requirements** • Minimum 5 years of IT experience • At least 2 years in Integration Management (traceability, change control, audits, documentation, ITSM) • Strong familiarity with ServiceNow integration concepts and lifecycle management • Experience with Nuvolo modules or comparable enterprise asset/workplace management platforms **Eligibility** • US Citizenship required • 3+ years of continuous U.S. residency required **Compensation** $78,600 – $160,200 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **About Accenture Federal Services** A technology company within global Accenture, recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
