Join a collaborative, caring community where you’ll be empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training, and more. **Role Overview** Accenture Federal Services is seeking multiple **CNO Software Engineers / Developers** to support a customer’s critical National Security Mission. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints and develop the best solution to complete the mission. **Responsibilities** - Conduct CNO-related software development (frontend, middleware, and/or backend) - Build, configure, and manage virtualized systems - Operate/maintain customer-provided COTS, GOTS, or custom-developed tools and capabilities - Test and validate solutions, including risk assessment - Work with the customer to understand requirements and develop solutions **Qualifications** - 5 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related software development field **OR** 3 years’ experience with a Master’s degree in a related field - Software engineering experience with **C, C++, or Python** - Experience with **vulnerability research** **Bonus Points (Preferred)** - Experience using **CI/CD pipelines** for **Git** version control systems - Experience in **Digital Forensics** and **Software Reverse Engineering** - Comfortable navigating the command line - Interest in contributing to **CTF events**, **bug bounty programs**, and speaking at security conferences - Rapid prototype software development **Security Clearance** - **Active TS/SCI** level clearance (must be willing to undergo a polygraph)
