**SAP Application Developer (BW 4HANA Backend)** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services as an SAP Application Developer specializing in SAP BW on HANA. You'll guide your team through complex data modeling and development tasks, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support. **Key Responsibilities** • Meet with business users to qualify requirements • Lead routine aspects and report to project leadership • Develop SAP Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse solutions including InfoObjects, ODSs, and InfoCubes • Design, develop, and optimize reports based on user requirements • Manage budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning • Mentor and train junior team members • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BW on HANA • Create robust data models, data stores, calculation views, and table functions • Collaborate with IT and business teams for seamless integration • Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting • Develop technical documentation • Design scalable solutions for large data volumes (terabytes) • Utilize advanced SQL skills for data analysis **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years experience with SAP BW on HANA Data Model • 5+ years SAP BW/4HANA Back-End development experience • US Citizen (no dual citizenship) • Eligibility to obtain Public Trust government clearance **Nice to Have** • Bachelor's degree in a related field **Compensation** $86,400 – $243,100 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **About Accenture Federal Services** A Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work dedicated to serving the US federal government.
