This role spans Study, Design, Build/Test, and Deployment phases. **Key Responsibilities** • Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules according to functional specifications • Develop/modify PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components • Support requirements sessions and contribute to functional/technical design documentation • Create and execute test scripts to validate configurations and customizations • Lead functional activities and support both functional and technical domains • Work with PeopleSoft upgrade tools and methodologies **Required Qualifications** • 4+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience (9.x version preferred) • Experience with both functional requirements gathering and technical configuration/development • U.S. Person eligibility required **Bonus Skills** • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development • PeopleSoft certification(s) **Compensation** $100,200 – $203,400 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
