**AI Infrastructure Lead** @ Accenture Federal Services **About the Role** Senior technical strategist and hands-on engineering leader responsible for designing, securing, modernizing, and operating advanced AI infrastructure for mission-critical Defense capabilities. Drive infrastructure strategy across hybrid cloud and HPC environments with secure, compliant orchestration of AI workloads. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead AI Infrastructure Strategy for major Defense modernization efforts (SUNet 2.0, HITS-U, JTSO JEDAI) • Drive growth and pursuit strategy across AI infrastructure opportunities • Develop technical volumes and solution architecture for proposals • Provide hands-on technical leadership during delivery phases • Guide engineering teams through environment setup and modernization transitions • Oversee performance, security, and reliability of inference environments **Required Expertise** • Deep knowledge of hybrid/multi-cloud architectures and cloud-native platforms • Experience with high-performance computing and GPU-accelerated workloads • Expertise in secure data onboarding and AI pipeline orchestration • Strong understanding of zero-trust architectures and data governance • Proven ability to operate at intersection of mission needs, infrastructure engineering, and AI strategy **Compensation** $148,800 – $306,500 USD (varies by location and experience) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
