**Google Engineering Lead | AI & Data** **About the Role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Google Engineering Lead to join the AI & Data Practice. This high-visibility role combines pre-sales strategy, enterprise-scale architecture, and hands-on engineering execution for federal GTM initiatives with Google. **Key Responsibilities** • Strategic GTM Enablement – Identify emerging federal market requirements and translate them into GCP-native solution offerings • Solution Architecture & Design – Design end-to-end, secure, scalable architectures integrating Google's ecosystem (Gemini, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Agent Builder) • Pre-Sales Technical Leadership – Lead technical discovery and solutioning for high-priority federal pursuits as primary SME • Rapid Prototyping Lead – Direct end-to-end PoC and prototype development with technical roadmap ownership **Required Qualifications** • 10+ years in systems engineering, cloud architecture, or technical consultancy • 4+ years specialized expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Proven enterprise solution architecture design for mission-critical federal challenges • Advanced hands-on experience with Vertex AI, CCAI, GKE, and BigQuery • Production-grade AI/ML expertise (LLMs, computer vision, Agentic AI, RAG) • Comprehensive federal IT landscape knowledge (FedRAMP, ATO, procurement) • Multi-disciplinary team leadership experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • **Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification (Required)** • US Citizenship Required **Preferred Qualifications** • Additional Google Cloud certifications (Data Engineering, Security, Machine Learning) **Compensation** Base pay range (CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, Cleveland): $172,400 – $360,800 USD **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
