We serve the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. **The Role** We're seeking a skilled Pega Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain Pega applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC platform • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers • Create and maintain technical documentation • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Participate in code reviews • Optimize application performance for scalability and reliability • Stay updated with latest Pega technologies and industry trends **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Minimum 3 years of Pega development experience • Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, components, and features • Proficiency in Pega Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, and User Interfaces • Experience with integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JMS, MQ) • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Familiarity with DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git, Docker) • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) **Compensation** Base pay range: $73,600 – $170,100 USD (for select states and DC) *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.*
