**MS Dynamics Developer** **About the Role** Design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 • Configure Dynamics modules including entity creation, form design, views, and business rules • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications • Conduct testing, support UAT, and manage deployment of customizations • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance • Create and maintain technical documentation • Ensure solutions meet Microsoft best practices and security standards **Required Qualifications** • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform) • Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integration tools • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities **Nice to Have** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Azure services experience (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications • Data migration and ETL experience • DevOps and CI/CD knowledge • Agile/Scrum experience • Federal agency CRM experience **Requirements** • U.S. Citizen • Eligibility to obtain government Public Trust Clearance **Compensation** $78,600 – $160,200 USD (for select states and locations)
