**Technical Lead** **About Accenture Federal Services** At Accenture Federal Services, we help the US federal government make the nation stronger and safer—driving positive, lasting change across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. **Role Summary** Seeking an experienced **Technical Lead** to drive **cloud migrations and modernization** for federal applications. You will lead **architecture and agile delivery** across **AWS and Azure**, enabling scalable, secure solutions using **IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS**. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and migrate enterprise applications to **AWS and Azure** - Lead agile teams in **CI/CD**, **DevSecOps**, and cloud best practices - Implement **container/microservices** solutions and automated pipelines - Drive **monitoring** and **performance engineering** (e.g., **New Relic**, **Splunk**) - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver **secure, scalable systems** **Required Skills** - **6+ years** cloud migration experience (**AWS, Azure**; **IaaS/PaaS/SaaS**) - **8+ years** software engineering (**C#, Java, .NET, Angular**) - Strong **CI/CD** and **config management** (e.g., **Jenkins, Git, Chef**) - Expertise in **monitoring tools** and **relational databases** - **Agile leadership** and **federal program** experience - Ability to be **onsite three days/week** in the **Springfield/Arlington** area **Preferred Skills** - Experience modernizing **public websites**, **mobile apps**, and **internal systems** within federal portfolios - Background building custom monitoring apps (e.g., **Node.js** for payments tracking, message broker gap fixes) and integrating alerts in observability platforms - Familiarity with **DevSecOps** practices and static/dynamic analysis tools (e.g., **Fortify, Sonar, Sonatype**) **Pay Range (where applicable)** $122,300 — $203,200 USD **Location / Work Authorization Notes** - Onsite requirement: **3 days/week** in the Springfield/Arlington area - Work authorization required (no future visa sponsorship for employment authorization in the US)
