Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and industry training. **The Work** As an Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OTC) Techno-Functional Analyst, you will: - Perform detailed design work on complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications for Financial modules - Troubleshoot and customize technical architecture components - Develop technical specifications and support customizations to ensure components meet application requirements and performance goals - Analyze business and functional requirements to determine appropriate technical solutions - Focus on functional design of **Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW)** objects/components for modules such as **Accounts Receivable** and **Projects** within Oracle EBS **Here’s what you need** - Strong understanding of **Oracle EBS Financials**, **Oracle EBS Architecture**, **Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications**, **Oracle Accounting**, and **Customer Support** - Experience developing application user support documentation; responding to **Incidents** and **Service Desk Tickets** for production support; participating in testing to fix defects and performance issues - Ability to conduct functional reviews, support code migration, and provide deployment readiness artifacts - Expertise in Oracle EBS and related tools, including troubleshooting, customization, and support **Eligibility Requirement** - **U.S. Person** **Pay Range (where applicable)** - **$100,200 — $203,400 USD** *Note: Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience.
