Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training, and more. **You Are** The Record to Report/Asset to Retire Lead Senior Manager oversees financial accounting processes, fixed-asset lifecycle administration, and end-to-end solution integrity within **Oracle ERP Cloud**. You ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance adherence, streamlined asset management, and effective integration across core finance modules. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional SMEs to deliver a high-quality, scalable, and compliant financial solution. **The Work** - Lead and drive best practices for your module area - Define functional requirements and deliver responsibilities for the module under your charge - Leverage strong Oracle Cloud (and Record to Report) expertise to understand financial implications of functional decisions - Lead teams and drive project components to completion - Support deployment planning and communicate effectively with stakeholders **Here’s What You Need** - Extensive experience with **Oracle Cloud ERP** or **Oracle E-Business Suite** in **General Ledger** and **Fixed Assets** - Deep understanding of accounting principles, fixed-asset lifecycle processes, and **period-close** operations - Hands-on experience configuring **R2R** and **A2R** modules, designing process flows, and conducting **UAT** - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills - Experience leading workshops and cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions **Bonus Points If** - Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules and integrations - Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle Cloud modules as designated by project - Advanced degree - 15+ years of industry experience - Motivated, proactive, and curious about learning new technology, best practices, and risk areas - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders - Excellent people management and relationship development skills **The Extras** - **U.S. Citizenship** - Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance may be required **Pay Range (where applicable)** $148,800 — $306,500 USD (base pay range varies by location and other factors) *Note: This posting includes additional employment statements and equal opportunity language.*
