You'll leverage deep Pega Platform expertise to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver high-quality solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and DevOps teams. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, build, and configure Pega Platform applications • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs • Develop application components (data models, process flows, case structures, integrations, UI, business rules) • Apply Pega SSA best practices and guardrails • Collaborate with DevOps teams on code integration and deployment • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application lifecycle • Ensure solutions are performant, scalable, secure, and maintainable • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior team members • Maintain clear technical documentation **Required Qualifications** • Pega Certification (e.g., Pega Certified Senior System Architect - CSSA) • Hands-on experience building Pega applications • Experience designing solutions for business process and technical requirements • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interface with technical and business partners **Nice to Have** • Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations • Exposure to cloud-based Pega deployments or containerized environments • Knowledge of complementary technologies (APIs, databases, authentication) • Bachelor's degree in a related field **Eligibility Requirements** • U.S. Citizen • Eligibility to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance **Compensation** Base pay range for select locations: **$78,600 – $160,200 USD** *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.*
