**ServiceNow Engineer – Intermediate** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services as a ServiceNow Engineer – Intermediate. You'll lead ServiceNow team efforts in designing and developing out-of-the-box and custom solutions. Oversee junior developers, ensure best practices, drive code quality and security, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. **What You'll Do** • Develop applications including configuration, reports, and data migration • Perform custom development and 3rd party integrations • Execute unit testing and defect resolution • Manage migration of changes to production • Assist with technical design and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders to build solutions supporting business requirements • Interact with clients, managers, and end users to analyze project objectives • Partner with leadership to define challenges, outcomes, risks, and strategy • Support Product Owner with backlog and roadmap refinement • Assist Support Team with escalated issues • Provide work effort estimates and design solutions • Follow iterative software development methodology • Maintain flexibility to respond to changing requirements **Required Qualifications** • 3+ years ServiceNow implementation experience • Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, CMDB, and Virtual Agent modules • US Citizen • Active Top Secret security clearance • Local to DC area **Compensation** $78,600 – $160,200 USD (varies by location) **About Accenture Federal Services** A Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work dedicated to helping the US federal government.
