**Accenture Federal Services — SAP Project Systems Sr. Manager (SCON)** **About the role** The Senior SAP Project Systems Sr. Manager should have SAP Finance subject matter expertise in end-to-end Product costing processes, including Material Ledger functionality, with integration points across modules such as Project Systems, Payroll, Materials Management, and Finance. Deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO), with emphasis on PMMO-enabled cost flow (grouping, pegging, distribution), material costing, project-based costing, internal order, and cost center accounting—plus strong experience with cost allocations and labor costing design/execution. **Key responsibilities** - Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet them - Facilitate collaboration with technical counterparts to ensure functional requirements are met - Develop test strategies and manage large, complex testing efforts - Perform business process design and system analysis - Coordinate across architects, developers, technical services (e.g., BASIS, Middleware, Portal), and business analysts - Maintain, enhance, and/or develop SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications - Experience with staffing, work planning, and forecasting - Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members **What you need** - 7+ years of S/4HANA Controlling experience - Team lead experience - Deep expertise in SAP PMMO and SAP CO Product Costing - Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience - S/4HANA project experience **Nice to have** - Relevant SAP certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field **Eligibility requirements** - US Citizens only (no dual citizenship) - Minimum of an active Secret Clearance - Live local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or Philadelphia, PA **OR** be willing to travel to St. Louis every week (Monday–Friday) **Pay transparency (where applicable)** Base pay range shown for: CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and the city of Cleveland: **$148,800 — $306,500 USD** **Equal Employment Opportunity / Accommodation** Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and supports reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals.
