Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative community where you can grow, learn, and thrive. **The Work** • Conduct client sessions to analyze reporting requirements and solve complex business problems • Identify strategies, risks, and options for meeting client requirements • Become a Workday Extend expert with deep knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Talent, Prism, and dashboards • Lead, mentor, and manage project staff performance • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday Extend design • Demonstrate design options through prototyping • Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies • Support innovation through creation of new industry-leading methods and assets **Required Qualifications** • Current Workday Extend certification • Consulting experience at Senior Consultant level or similar, preferably with a large consulting firm • Hands-on experience delivering Workday implementations • Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying reporting solutions • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); Associate Degree requires minimum 6 years experience **Bonus Points** • Prior Federal HR/IT experience • 3+ years implementing Workday with certified implementers • Current Workday Integrations certification • Team-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments **Compensation** $93,400 – $176,200 USD (for select high-cost states and DC) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
