**Systems Integration Administrator** **About the role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Administrator to join a growing team modernizing and integrating DevSecOps and Red Hat capabilities. This role is foundational to building and maintaining secure server infrastructure, onboarding new applications, and automating/streamlining installation, configuration, and deployment in a secure production environment. **Responsibilities** - Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot **Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)** servers - Automate and streamline onboarding and application installation/configuration/deployment to a secure production environment - Develop and maintain a platform to automate Linux maintenance and patching (reducing manual administration) - Perform routine and complex troubleshooting for OS, software configurations, and system updates - Collaborate with development teams across the application lifecycle (onboarding → production deployment) - Ensure systems meet government/organizational security requirements and frameworks (e.g., **NIST**, **STIGs**) - Participate in incident response and conduct root-cause analysis for system/application issues - Coordinate with team members and customers to understand, propose, and continuously implement service improvements **Qualifications** - **3+ years** of Red Hat Linux administration experience in an enterprise environment - Professional certifications such as **RHCSA** or **CompTIA Linux+**, and **Security+** - Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments (e.g., government/defense) - In-depth knowledge of **Linux OS (RHEL 7+/CentOS 7+)** including kernel, system libraries, and package management (**RPM, YUM**) - Solid understanding of network protocols: **TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP** - Strong understanding of secure system design and operational security principles - Ability to document processes and communicate technical risks to stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** - Hands-on automation/scripting/programming with **BASH** or **Python** - Familiarity with **CI/CD** pipelines and modern deployment practices - Experience with virtualization (**VMware**) and/or containers (**Docker/Kubernetes**) - Familiarity with **Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)** concepts - **RHCE** certification **Security Clearance** - **Active TS/SCI required** **Compensation (where applicable)** - **$94,300 – $117,900 USD** (base pay range for listed locations) *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
