Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and training. **The Work** Responsible for overseeing the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of **Oracle Inventory Management** modules within **Oracle Cloud ERP**. Ensure accurate item management, inventory controls, material movements, and integrations across supply-chain and finance functions. Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and efficient inventory solution. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle Inventory modules (items, attributes, units of measure, catalogs, subinventories, locators, material-status controls) - Oversee inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, physical inventory, reservations) - Establish and maintain setup logic for lot/serial controls and costing structures - Ensure inventory setups integrate with Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Warehouse Management - Partner with supply-chain and finance stakeholders to validate requirements and align solutions - Guide cross-functional teams through deployment, testing cycles, and hypercare stabilization - Support continuous improvement by optimizing inventory workflows and configuration standards - Provide leadership, documentation, and governance on Inventory functional deliverables **Here’s What You Need** - Oracle Financials experience (**required**) - Oracle Inventory Management experience (**required**) **Bonus Points If** - Experience leading Inventory or Supply-Chain functional teams - Knowledge of Oracle costing, manufacturing, or warehouse automation - Background in compliance-driven inventory environments (lot/serial, expiration tracking) - Skills in Oracle Financials (P3 - Advanced) - Skills in Oracle Inventory Management (P3 - Advanced) **Eligibility Requirements** - Must be a **U.S. Citizen** **Compensation (Pay Range)** $100,200 — $203,400 USD (for the listed locations) *Note: Additional employment statements and equal opportunity language were included in the source text; this posting focuses on the role details above.*
